What we collect

SafeHealthCheck has no accounts or checkout and does not collect health information. When you search for a test on our site, the search runs in your browser and is not sent to us.

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. The message is emailed to our inbox through Cloudflare, which hosts this site; we don't store it in a database. We also receive your country and IP address with the message, to help us spot spam. We use your details only to reply to you, and we don't add you to any mailing list. Please don't send us health information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, pages viewed and clicks on order links, and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages (for example, where they click and scroll) so we can improve them. These tools set cookies and receive technical data such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you view. We don't send them your name, email or any health information, and text you type into our forms is masked. We have turned off Google's advertising features (Google Signals and ad personalization). You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and block cookies in your browser settings.

Links to providers

When you click an order link, you go to the provider's website through an affiliate tracking link (CJ Affiliate), which records that the visit came from us so we can be paid a commission. The provider's and CJ's own privacy policies apply from that point.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
